We operate a client complaints procedure where your complaint will be acknowledged within 2 working days and we will investigate your complaint and provide you with a final response within a maximum of 8 weeks.
If you are not satisfied with our final response, then you can make a complaint within 6 months to the Legal Ombudsman whose address is:
